BadgerFit BootCamps - Loxwood, Plaistow, Alfold


We have relocated our Wisborough Green BootCamp to Plaistow for the winter months so we can continue to offer three morning outdoor group fitness sessions a week. These hour-long workouts provide a fun and sociable way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, agility and flexibility and are suitable for all abilities.
