Bootcamps in Loxwood, Alfold and Rudgwick

BadgerFit BootCamps

We have recently expanded and now run three morning outdoor group fitness sessions a week - at Loxwood Sports on Mondays, Wisborough Green on Wednesdays and Alfold Recreation Ground on Thursdays. These hour-long workouts provide a fun and sociable way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility and flexibility and are suitable for all abilities. Come along for a FREE trial session.

Obstacle Course Race Training

Improve upper-body, core and grip strength  on our brand new, purpose-built rig - featuring 6m of monkey bars, ninja rings, hang tough rings & ropes, tyre traverse and a 5m climbing rope. Whether you're the next Ninja Warrior or 'fun-running' for charity, proper preparation and training will minimise the risk of injury and make the most of your event.
